Mr. Plachy is Vice President of IDR’s Environmental and Demolition Divisions. Mr. Plachy has held executive level positions in the hazardous materials abatement and demolition industry for more than 20 years. His past endeavors included managing a large remediation and demolition division of nationwide firm. Directed successful negotiations throughout 30-year career with general contractors, owner’s representatives, regulatory agencies, labor union representatives, architects and engineers.
