Nick Vora is the founder and president of Integrated Demolition and Remediation, Inc. (IDR) Nick has been in the demolition and remediation industry for nearly 20 years and has a long successful track record for problem solving, value engineering and managing projects to safe and efficient profitability. Thus, benefitting both IDR and the clients he serves. Nick was instrumental in the evolution of NCM Demolition and Remediation (f.k.a. CST Environmental) from a regional asbestos abatement contractor to a highly specialized, technology-driven, forward-looking enterprise. He began as a project manager and gained a very real perspective to the complex set of challenges involved in all aspects of demolition and remediation. Some key projects in Nick’s quiver include Mohave Generating Station, Sunoco Refinery and Geneva Steel Mill. As part of his decommissioning expertise, Mr. Vora has been involved with recovery and disposition of over a billion dollars in plant assets and equipment sales. Nick Vora’s combination of experience, knowledge and industry connections allow him to perform projects on-budget, on-time and safely.
