Patrick Hussey - SR. Vice President of Operations
Patrick “Pat” is the Senior Vice President of Operations of Integrated Demolition and Remediation Inc. His extensive and varied experience in the construction industry has provided him with an invaluable amount of knowledge in all aspects of construction, demolition, environmental remediation, and waste recycling activities. Typical projects include the turnkey execution of design, planning, execution and close-out. Project sites have comprised of occupied and unoccupied locations of every type, such as public facilities (hospitals, schools, government) and private facilities (commercial, industrial and residential). His career has spanned more than 30 years within the environmental and demolition industry. Pat is able to properly and safely remove environmentally controlled materials such as asbestos, lead-based products, PCB, VOC and mercury containing materials, as well as many other hazardous and regulated materials. His abilities extend into the decommissioning and demolition of many types of structures, which have included small scale single story structures, large multi-level buildings, complete industrial facilities, and selectively removing portions of occupied facilities.
